Team Principal & Team Photographer
A senior NHS healthcare professional by background, Carolyn is our accountable officer, responsible for governance, financial management and the day-to-day running of our social media platforms.
On races days, Carolyn is our accredited team photographer, found on the verge, in the gutter and amongst the crowds, capturing the highs and lows of our season which can be seen on Flickr.
A professionally qualified mechanic at Prologue Performance Cycling, Harrogate, Darrell is responsible for ensuring that race bikes are ready and prepared prior to races.
During races, he accompanies the team manager in the race convoy and gives road side mechanical assistance to riders as and when required. This includes super quick wheel changes enabling riders to get back to the peloton as soon as possible and handing nutrition to riders on the move.
Between races, Darrell is on hand to resolve any mechanical issues that riders are having with their race bikes.
Race Presenter and Soigneur
Currently a law undergraduate and cycling officianado, Esmé will be the lead presenter for our 2018 season In the Gutter video series as well as interviewing riders pre- and post-races.
Esme has played a major supportive role in 2017 acting as principal soigneur at all major events, making sure that all riders are fed.
Our greatest thanks go to all of those who have helped support during races. Week in week out they all come along and help with any kit prep, helping in the feed zones and sorting any last minute kit issues.
